This call for tenders seeks to identify a service provider to assist Eurochambres in preparing and organising the closing conference for the EU4BCC project. The selected service provider shall:

  • Support Eurochambres in setting up the agenda, reaching out to potential stakeholders, facilitating the conference, and ensuring the visibility of the results.
  • Manage the entire logistical process to ensure the meticulous organisation of the conference, including travel, accommodation, meals, venue arrangements, and networking dinner, among other tasks.

🌟 Call for Tenders – Online Export Academy and BSOs’ Tour – CLOSED 

The purpose of this call for tenders is to select an entity which will support Eurochambres to organise 2 activities within the EU4BCC project: 1) an online export academy for the SMEs from the EaP countries, and 2) a BSOs’ Tour for the BSOs from the EaP countries.

Both activities – Online Export Academy and BSOs Tour – should take place in April and/or May 2023.

The object of this Call for proposals was to identify, for each economic sector EU4BCC project addresses, a partnership of EU and EaP Business Support Organisations having a keen and common interest in elaborating, managing and implementing actions under the supervision of the relevant Sectorial Consortium.

Actions are to the implemented (B2B matchings and Study visits) in the following sectors:

  • Wine sector
  • Tourism sector
  • Textiles sector
  • Creative Industries

Deadline to submit proposals: 30 SEPTEMBER 2021 | 17:00 (Brussels time)

🌟 CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – CONSORTIA – CLOSED

The EU4BCC project aims to support sustainable economic development and job creation in the EaP countries by helping SMEs to grow – especially by promoting increased trade, encouraging inward investment and fostering business links with companies in the EU.

In the EU4Business: Connecting Companies, 5 Sectorial Consortia will be selected through Call for Expressions of Interest (EoI). Each Consortium will comprise a minimum of 1 EU and 1 EaP Chambers (maximum 4 EU & EaP Chambers per sector) who will manage the selected sector aiming at the implementation of the long term strategy developed by Board of Experts towards improving the competitiveness of the sector covered.

This Call for Expressions of Interest (EoI) is launched to identify, for each sector, EU and EaP Chambers (CCIs) which will be responsible for monitoring, supervising and reporting the subgrants taking into account the Board of Sectorial Experts’ recommendations.

Deadline to submit expressions of interest: FRIDAY, 17 JULY 2020
